You will need:
- Capsicum/Green Pepper: 1 nos - chopped
- Potatoes: 2 nos
- Mustard seeds: 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds: 1/2 tsp
- Curry powder: 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
- Red chill powder: 1 tsp
- Besan/Gram flour: 2 tsp
- Peanut powder: 1 tsp (optional)
- Water: 1/2 cup
- Salt: according to taste
Capsicum Stir Fry |
- Heat oil in a skillet and add the mustard and cumin seeds.
- Once the seeds start to splutter, add the turmeric powder, chopped peppers and potatoes.
- Once the vegetables are done, add salt and red chilli powder.
- Add the water and let it simmer.
- Once the water starts to boil, add the gram flour. Stir quickly to avoid getting lumps.
- Then add peanut powder and mix well.
- Serve hot with chapatis!
